WHO AM I, AND WHY SHOULD YOU CARE?

Like a great number of folks in my chosen profession, I am passionate about helping families plan for their financial future and supporting business owners as they work toward growth and succession goals. I am also passionate about helping owners of small/medium-sized businesses as they develop their companies and plan for their eventual exit and transition to the next life phase.

As Managing Director of EQB Financial, I bring over five years of experience in the industry, specializing in insurance, disability, and annuity planning strategies. I recently completed my Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. My past education is as follows:

  • DeVry University

  • Montclair State University

  • National University
  • The American College of Financial Services

I also had the privilege of being a former high school & collegiate wrestler, which followed a 16-year coaching career at the high school and college level.

With my wife of 11 years and our vibrant, almost 7-year-old daughter at the heart of everything I do, I understand the value of security, legacy, and long-term peace of mind. That’s why EQB Financial, for me, isn’t just a service—it’s a responsibility. I treat every situation as though I were planning for myself, because I understand what’s at stake

Beyond the numbers, spreadsheets, and strategies, I approach every client’s financial goals with the same care and dedication I use for my own family’s future.

When I guide clients in making critical financial decisions, I don’t just wear my business and finance hats. I also bring the perspectives of a son, a father, and a former student athlete—balancing discipline, empathy, foresight, and drive. This multidimensional approach helps me support individuals and families not just in reaching their goals but in making confident, well-informed decisions that stand the test of time.

As Benjamin Franklin wisely said, "By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." I live and work by this principle—because smart preparation can help build a solid foundation for future goals.

Respectfully,

Anthony J. Iazzetta Jr.
